As families approach the college application process, many feel fearful of
making mistakes that will negatively affect their child’s future. Advising from
a Psychology and Counseling approach, MCC focuses on the student as the

The job of the MCC advisor is to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring that
the student fully engages in the process by becoming the point person for the
entire process. Each student’s personal login leads them to a portal where all of
their college-related material “lives”. Communicating through this
technology keeps each student’s calendar, always remaining deadline and task
oriented. What is perceived to be an overwhelming process is broken down
into smaller, more manageable pieces and achieved one by one
